The challenge

Create the Banco Agrario de Colombia employee experience to strengthen the employer brand and increase the sense of belonging.

The strategy

At first we imagined and then designed the employee experience by identifying the key moments of each stage, strengthening processes such as: selection, training and wellness. In addition, we created initiatives to create in each employee a fan of BAC.

Support the company’s pre-pensioners program by showing them different benefits and experiences for this new stage.

The strategy

We imagined and implemented a communication campaign to support the pre-retirement program focused on employees who are about to retire. The objective of this activity was to guide and direct employees about the end of their stage in their working life. This was positioned through key messages and a landing page describing the benefits.
